What to include in your request:

• Association name and property address
• Closing / funding date
• Buyer and seller names
• Requesting party and preferred email for delivery
• Type of request — resale certificate, subdivision information, statement of account, or an update to a prior certificate

Delivery (Texas Property Code §207.003):

• Subdivision information and the resale certificate are delivered within the statutory window after a written request is received
• Updates to a previously issued certificate are delivered on the shorter statutory update window
• Delivery by mail, hand delivery, or the method specified in your request
