1. Purpose
This website provides information about the CooperZadeh community and access to the resident portal. Nothing on this site is legal advice or a binding interpretation of the CC&Rs, bylaws, or rules. The governing documents control. Where this website conflicts with the governing documents, the governing documents prevail.
2. Resident portal
The resident portal at czpm.managebuilding.com is operated by Buildium under our administration. Access is for current CooperZadeh property owners and authorized residents. Sharing credentials is prohibited.
3. Acceptable use
Do not:
- Use this site to harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone
- Attempt to access accounts other than your own
- Scrape, crawl, or republish content without written permission
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt operations
4. Intellectual property
Site content (other than user submissions) is owned by CooperZadeh HOA or licensed to it. Don't republish without written permission.
5. User submissions
When you submit content (comments, ARC requests, maintenance requests, etc.), you grant CooperZadeh a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that content for HOA operations. You represent that you have the right to submit it.
6. Third-party links
We link to vendors and external resources. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimer
This site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CooperZadeh HOA, its board, officers, employees, and management agent are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this site.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
